~Cashew of Banana Recipe~

OK, here's today's recipe!!
Its called,
"Cashew of Banana", & it's really easy to make!
  • half a cup of cashews soaked in water overnight
  • two good bananas (or more!)
  • half a cup of water
Put all the ingredients together in a vita mix, food processor, or even a blender, and blend until smooth. Leave out (covered of course, especially if you have fruit flies, like us!)) for ten minutes, & then serve.
(My mom likes it even more when it's cold from the fridge, but I like it room temperature!)
You could also add cinnamon, or other things like ginger, nutmeg, chunks of banana (but then you should add a few more nuts, so it's a little thicker, or a little less water...), even vanilla!
Enjoy! It's really filling, one bowlful is a great breakfast!

this sounds absolutely nummy! I have been looking for something for breakfast and since I already eat a banana and I love cashews ... I bet i would love this -- you are a great un-cook
